health maintenance for women with anti-aging effects

Hormone Yoga Therapy (HYT) for Menopause and Hormonal Imbalance is a natural and holistic method created in the 1990s by a Brazilian psychologist and yoga therapist, Dinah Rodrigues. It consists of a series of dynamic exercises that work at the physical and energetic levels to revitalise the endocrine system. HYT has been scientifically proven to establish hormonal balance by rejuvenating the glands involved in the production of female hormones: the pituitary, the ovaries, the thyroid and the adrenals.

HYT has a powerful impact on the reactivation of female hormones, eliminating the physical, physiological, emotional and intellectual symptoms of hormonal imbalance. The method is effective in cases of menopausal symptoms, premature menopause, hormone-related infertility, premenstrual syndrome (PMS), menstrual disorders, polycystic ovaries, ovarian cysts and hormone-related depression. HYT also prevents the diseases caused by low female hormones, such as osteoporosis, high cholesterol and cardiovascular problems.

Besides relieving the unpleasant symptoms of low hormones, HYT helps the practitioners to breathe better, manage daily stress and cultivate a good quality of life. It works preventively and therapeutically, revitalising the body and relaxing the mind. A regular practice strengthens muscles, fortifies bones, increases flexibility, improves concentration, boosts the libido, combats stress, relieves depression, reduces anxiety and cures insomnia. Practicing HYT brings inner peace and emotional balance.
The exercises are easy, pleasant and energising. Any former experience of yoga is not required, but the method requires regular practice to obtain good results.

HYT classes are available in small groups or on a one-to-one basis.
