​Yoga Atelier offers a unique opportunity to deepen your practice of corporal techniques. Stimulating and challenging for all levels, each class targets a different area and function of the body. We use the energy of the group to evolve together and support one another, allowing a space for everyone to progress at their own pace. This specialised training will help you gain flexibility, core strength and endurance. It will also make you feel like a kid again, playfully experimenting with your body.


Working on the evolution of corporal techniques does not imply centring solely on the physical skills. It means using them as a springboard to train concentration capacity and sharpen focus. Moving the body through the postures with conscious breathing requires balance, concentration, perseverance and endurance. In addition to removing toxins from the body, corporal techniques develop both external and internal consciousness, stabilise the mind and develop emotional aptitude, preparing us for the demanding practice of meditation.


In our daily life, our thoughts, moods and emotions impact the body postures we assume. When we are sad or depressed, we collapse the shoulders, keep the head down and drag the feet. When we are happy, we open the chest, hold the head up and bounce like a ball of light. Through yoga, we can reverse certain habits and re-programme the mind as each posture has a psychosomatic effect. As we practice, we send messages to the brain to convert negative patterns in our lives into positive ones. By gaining corporal awareness, we can consciously develop our mental, emotional and physical well-being.
